Adcuram Industriekapital has taken over Vogt electronic Witten, Detuschland and transferred it into the newly founded Wittronic with the same location. The 200 employees of the old company are being taken over. Wittronic has an annual turnover of 50 m Euro. The takeover has come after an insolvency of 14 months and is meant to signal a new beginning.
