The English Audio Chip manufacturer, Wolfson Microelectronics has bought the Edinburgh-domiciled company, Oligon. The six-man company changed ownership for £1.4 m in cash plus a maximum of £1.5 m comprehensive performance-dependent components. Oligon integrates microphones into integrated circuits.
