Workshop on humanoid robots 21-09-06

The University of Karlsruhe in Germany will hold a workshop on the 35th and 26th September on humanoid (human-like) robots. The German-French event is led by the Institute of Technical Mechanics as well as the “Humanoid Robots” special research project. More than 40 scientists and 13 research institutes are taking part in the special research project. These belong to the faculties for informatics, electro-technology and information technology, machine construction and sports sciences as well as to the Research Centre Karlsruhe, the Reseach Centre Informatics and the Fraunhofer Institute (IITB). The special research project is working on several prototypes which are being constantly further developed. Participation in the workshop costs 225 Euro.
