Worldwide semiconductor turnover in September 2007

The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) reports a worldwide turnover for semiconductors for September 2007 of 22.6 bn US$. This value is 5.9% is higher than the results of September 2006 (21.3 bn. US$) Compared to the previous month, the turnover rose by 5%. The turnover in the 3rd quarter 2007 was 67.8 bn US$, 5.9 % more than on the same period 2006.
