Xilinx announced net revenues of $458.4 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2009, down 5% sequentially from the prior quarter and down 3% compared to the same quarter a year ago. Third quarter net income was $139.4 million, up 70,4% sequentially from the prior quarter and up 34,6% compared to the same quarter a year ago.
