Semtech, a provider of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, reported financial results for its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2009 that ended January 25, 2009. Net revenues for the quarter were $62.7 million, down 20 percent from the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2008 and down 21 percent when compared to the third quarter of fiscal year 2009. Net income (GAAP) was $6.3 million. It was $14.9 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2008 and $11.5 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2009. The revenue for the financial year 2009 were $294.8 million (2008: $284.8 million). The income was $37.5 million in 2009 compared to $47.8 million in year 2008.
