Vishay announced that revenues for the year ended December 2009 were $2,042.0 million, compared to $2,822.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2008. Net loss attributable to Vishay stockholders was $57.2 million, compared to a net loss of $1,732.2 million, for the year 2008.

Revenues for the forth fiscal quarter were $607.0 million, compared to $575.4 million for the fiscal quarter ended December 2008. The quarterly net income was $28.5 million, compared to a net loss of $52.3 million.
