Lattice Semiconductor announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year 2011. For the fourth quarter, revenue was $70.2 million, a decrease of 4% compared with the the same quarter a year ago.

Net income for the fourth quarter was $41 million, compared to a net income of $13.3 million reported in the same quarter a year ago.

For fiscal year 2011, revenue was $318.4 million, an increase of 6.9% compared with fiscal 2010. Net income for 2011 was $78.2 million, an increase of 37% compared with 2010.
