International Rectifier reported a net income of $137.5 million for fiscal 2005 compared to a net income of $89.8 million for fiscal 2004, on revenues of $1.17 billion, compared to prior-year revenues of $1.06 billion.

For the June quarter IR reported revenues of $281.8 million and a net income of $24.7 million versus $29.4 million for the prior-year quarter.
