Zilog reported results for its 2009 fiscal year. Sales for the three month and six month periods ended September 27, 2008 were $19.0 million and $37.2 million, respectively, versus $16.7 million and $33.5 million for the comparable periods a year ago. Sales for the second fiscal quarter increased sequentially five percent. The GAAP net loss for the three month period was $1.6 million compared to $1.9 million for the same period a year ago. The GAAP net loss for the six month period was $3.3 million versus $5.0 million for the comparable six month period a year ago.
