Zilog reported results for its 2009 fiscal year third quarter. Sales were $13.0 million, as compared to $17.0 million for the comparable periods a year ago. Sales for the quarter declined on a sequential basis by 34 percent. The GAAP net loss was $5.7 million as compared to $2.4 million for the same period a year ago.
