Zilog reported results for its 2008 fiscal year first quarter 2007. For the three month period sales were $16.8 million and the GAAP net loss was $3.0 million Sales declined 20 percent as compared to the comparative prior year three month period 2006 and decreased 12 percent from the $19.1 million recorded for the immediately preceding quarter. The net loss for the quarter compares to a net loss of $1.5 million for the prior year three months, and a net loss of $3.6 million for the preceding quarter.
